The first step.  For me, it's proven to be the most difficult part of any journey worth taking.  Months, even years have passed me by lamenting the dreaded first step of many dreams I've dared to create in my head.  The process of deciding how to start, when to start and where to start, all seem to make the task of starting so impossibly painful that often times I find myself back to the dreaming board - nothing started.

Don't let that be YOU.  Let today be the day you BEGIN.  Take the first step, ANY step will do.  Don't over think it (which is my specialty) just go and DO.  Go RUN!
